SALE, RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY
1- I did not like the product and I want to return it.
You have up to 14 business days to return a generic product that you have purchased in store from the time you receive it if you are not satisfied.
To make the return you must contact us previously, indicating that you wish to make a return, the case will be reviewed and the return acceptance will be given without problem along with the return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization or that are not correctly identified externally as indicated in the instructions that we indicate when requesting the return.
To do this you must send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating your name and order number. In order to proceed with the return, you must meet the following requirements:
- The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
- The shipment must be made in a protective box so that the product arrives with the maximum possible guarantees.
- A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package, where the returned products and the reason for the return are also marked.
After examining the item, we will notify you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid for the item(s) purchased. Only the amount of the item(s) will be refunded, never the cost of shipping, reimbursement and packaging.
The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of 30 days from the date on which you notified us of your intention to withdraw. The refund will be made to the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase; These data must be sent by the client by email. You will bear the cost and risk of returning the products to us, as stated above.
The exchange or return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product or those personalized items, will not proceed.
This is without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers by law.
2- Returns of defective products.
In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the provisions of the Contract, you must contact us immediately through our contact form. email@example.com, providing the data of the product as well as the damage it suffers. In some cases we will request that you send us a photo of the damage.

In the event that the product or products cannot be replaced, the amounts paid for those products that are returned, due to some defect or defect, when it actually exists, will be fully reimbursed, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item. and the costs you would have incurred in returning it to us.
Returns and partial cancellations will lead to partial refunds of the total amount paid for the entire order. Transportation, reimbursement and gift packaging costs will not be refunded in the event that the return is partial.

2- The seller

3- The buyer

The products offered for sale are defined in their description. The photos of the products displayed on the website have no contractual value.
The indicated prices include VAT. Podoactiva reserves the right to modify at any time the sale prices that appear in podoactiva.com
6- Shipping costs
Orders will be sent via Urgent Courier and delivered within 24 working hours once the order has been validated. Once the order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number so you can know the status of the shipment.

Orders will be made through the web podoactiva.com, providing the data required in the registration form, and must provide a valid e-mail address so that Podoactiva SL can confirm receipt and acceptance of your order.
The fact of placing an order implies full acceptance of the price, the description of the products and these general conditions of sale.
Podoactiva SL reserves the right to cancel an order when no response is obtained from the customer on various aspects of the order, the necessary data for the shipment of the merchandise and the collection of the same are not provided, fraudulent behavior is observed or your payment is invalidated for any reason.
The client has the following forms of payment:
- Credit card
- debit: through the BANKIA payment gateway that guarantees that your credit card details
- debit cards travel duly encrypted over the NETWORK and are never provided to our business.
9- Issuance and shipment of the order
Once your order has been accepted and confirmed by sending an e-mail to the email address provided, and once there is proof of payment for the order, and where appropriate, shipping costs, Podoactiva SL undertakes to the expedition and shipment of the order in a maximum of 24 hours (not counting weekends and holidays).
If, once the order has been confirmed, the product or any of the requested products is not available, Podoactiva SL undertakes to notify you of this fact as soon as possible, proposing various solutions. In no case does the unavailability of a product give the right to compensation of any kind.
10- Right of withdrawal and return
In accordance with the provisions of articles 68 and 101 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the The client will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the merchandise covered by the contract to withdraw from it without justifying his decision and without penalty.

After a period of 7 business days from receipt of the order without the customer having exercised their legal right of withdrawal, returns will not be accepted, except in the case of a defective product or in which a different product than the one requested has been sent by mistake.
11- Defective or wrong product
In the event that the product has a defect or that a different product than the one ordered has been sent to you by mistake, contact us immediately to let us know and we will provide you with the necessary information to make the return. Once the item has been received and the fault or error has been verified, we will send you a new one, and the seller will be responsible for both the return costs and the shipping of a new product.
If the defective or erroneous item is not available, the amount will be refunded as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days. If it is verified that the product works correctly, the shipping costs must be borne by the buyer.
These general conditions are ruled by the Spanish Law. The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of conflicts and with waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the courts and courts of the user's domicile.
13- Guarantee of the products purchased
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Podoactiva SL is responsible for any lack of conformity that is manifested within a period of two years from delivery.
In the case of lack of conformity, you must inform us within two months of becoming aware of it, by sending an email to email@example.com indicating your data, the number of your purchase invoice and the anomaly detected. In the event of a manufacturing defect, Podoactiva SL will be responsible for the return costs, as well as expenses related to labor and materials.

The guarantee will lose its validity in case of defects or deterioration caused by external factors, accidents, especially electrical accidents, wear, installation and use not in accordance with the Supplier's instructions.
Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by the supplier are also excluded from the guarantee.
